In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine the bourbon, sweet vermouth, grapefruit juice, and Chambord. Shake 15 seconds and strain into a glass. Add bitters and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
Notes
We prefer to use Texas Rio Star grapefruit for this drink.
Make up a pitcher of this drink by multiplying the recipe by x4.
