Prepare your breakfast the night before with these Apple Overnight Oats. Sweet vanilla greek yogurt is mixed with oats and cinnamon.

vanilla Greek yogurt

milk

chia seeds

tsp
cinnamon
1
tsp
maple syrup

cup
chopped apple
granola
Instructions
In a jar place the oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a jar. Stir and cover tightly, chilling in the fridge overnight.
In the morning top the oatmeal with the chopped apple and granola.
Notes
If the oats are too thick in the morning, stir in some milk.
Add some chopped walnuts for a nice crunch.
