Apple Overnight Oats

Prepare your breakfast the night before with these Apple Overnight Oats. Sweet vanilla greek yogurt is mixed with oats and cinnamon.

  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped apple
  • granola


  • In a jar place the oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a jar. Stir and cover tightly, chilling in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning top the oatmeal with the chopped apple and granola.


If the oats are too thick in the morning, stir in some milk.
Add some chopped walnuts for a nice crunch.
