Apple Overnight Oats
Prepare your breakfast the night before with these Apple Overnight Oats. Sweet vanilla greek yogurt is mixed with oats and cinnamon.
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped apple
- In a jar place the oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a jar. Stir and cover tightly, chilling in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning top the oatmeal with the chopped apple and granola.
If the oats are too thick in the morning, stir in some milk. Add some chopped walnuts for a nice crunch.
