In a bottle or multiple mason jars, mix together the everclear, caramel candies, and vanilla beans. Put on the lid and shake to combine.
Place out at room temperature and shake several times a day for 4 days. Strain through a fine mesh strainer lined with a coffee filter. Enjoy straight or with ice.
Notes
This moonshine takes about 4-5 days for the caramel and vanilla flavor to really shine through.
Serve with a splash of half-and-half and sprinkle with sea salt.
