Vanilla Caramel Moonshine
This Vanilla Caramel Moonshine is a winner this holiday season! The vanilla and caramel pair beautifully in this fun drink.
- 1 750ml bottle Everclear or plain moonshine
- 20 chewy caramel candies
- 2 vanilla beans
- In a bottle or multiple mason jars, mix together the everclear, caramel candies, and vanilla beans. Put on the lid and shake to combine.
- Place out at room temperature and shake several times a day for 4 days. Strain through a fine mesh strainer lined with a coffee filter. Enjoy straight or with ice.
This moonshine takes about 4-5 days for the caramel and vanilla flavor to really shine through. Serve with a splash of half-and-half and sprinkle with sea salt.
