Preheat your oven to 400ºF and line a muffin tin with paper inserts.
In a bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and almond extract. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Pour the wet into the dry and mix until moistened. Fold in the cherries. Spoon batter into cups and bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
Notes
You can use chopped fresh cherries for this recipe as well.
