Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup club soda
  • 1-2 tbsp Monin Strawberry Rose Syrup
  • 1/2 cup dry champagne or sparkling wine
  • strawberries

Instructions
 

  • In a small glass combine the club soda and Monin Strawberry Rose Syrup.
  • Put a scoop of ice cream into a serving glass.
  • Top with the strawberry syrup mixture, letting the bubbles fizz down.
  • Add in the champagne and garnish with strawberries. Enjoy!
