Tish Cyrus and Prison Break actor Dominic Purcell have officially tied the knot. The 56-year-old, who is mother to singers Miley Cyrus and Noah Cyrus, wed Purcell in a ceremony in Malibu, Calif. on August 19, four months after announcing their engagement.
According to aerial photos of the nuptials shared by Just Jared, Cyrus wore a strapless, white bridal gown paired with a long, white veil. Purcell wore a white button down shirt with dark slacks. The two stood among white rose petals as they said "I do," and Miley stood next to her mother as her maid of honor during the ceremony. Cyrus' eldest daughter, Brandi, and son, Trace, also served as members of the wedding party. The bridesmaids wore light blue dresses of varying styles, while the groomsmen matched Purcell, wearing white shirts and dark dress pants.
Photos show the couple and wedding party lined up at the poolside ceremony, while a group of wedding guests watch from the other side of the pool. Large white candles adorned the area around the wedding party.
While three of Cyrus' children were present at the ceremony, her two youngest children with ex Billy Ray Cyrus — Noah and Braison Cyrus — were seemingly missing from the event. According to screenshots from Noah's Instagram story later shared by fan accounts, Noah and Braison spent the weekend together in L.A. The singer shared a photo of her older brother at a café, writing, "My brother flew here to see me!!" The two got together with friend Alec Holden for a "sleepover," and they also shared a clip while wandering around a Walmart.
The two younger siblings' absence from their mother's big day fueled rumors of a rift within the family, although no one in the family has addressed the situation.
Cyrus and Purcell confirmed their relationship in November 2022, and they became engaged in April. Cyrus revealed the engagement in an Instagram post featuring a picture of the ring, writing, "A thousand times.... YES." The new marriage comes almost a year and a half after Cyrus filed for divorce from ex-husband Billy Ray Cyrus in April 2022, citing "irreconcilable differences." Billy Ray moved on with Australian singer Firerose, and they became engaged in November 2022.
