Jason Aldean's Selling His Florida Gulf Coast Home For $2.95 Million

Country music superstar Jason Aldean's luxurious four-story home on Florida's Saint George Island can be yours for $2.95 million.

Jason and his wife Brittany Aldean purchased the property on the Gulf of Mexico shore in 2015 for $1.8 million. It originally listed in February for $3.2 million.

The 6,983-square-foot home includes seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms plus a large screened-in porch, an 11-seat home theater and a swimming pool. It's located in the St. George Plantation community, a gated and private neighborhood.

Per Centry 21's listing: "This home is constructed with premium building materials that meet the current hurricane standards for lower insurance costs, super iceane perimeter insulation for lower utility cost, standing seam metal roof, hardiplank & stucco exterior which is more durable and requires less maintenance."

The listing with Century 21 Commander Realty's Richard James Jr. doesn't mean that the Aldean's are giving up their beach house lifestyle. Instead of trading in palm trees for the pines of his home state of Georgia or his professional support center in Tennessee, Jason's family is moving north to Santa Rosa Beach. They bought a dream home there last August for $4.1 million, offering a getaway from a new home in Nashville, custom-built with a tiki bar and water slide.

It's not the first jaw-dropping piece of real estate sold by Aldean. In 2018, he sold a home in Nashville that included its own bowling alley, offering a big spender a chance to live like a country music star.
