George Strait and Miranda Lambert Set to Duet at 2019 ACM Awards

In what is sure to be a highlight of the night, the 2019 ACM awards will feature a duet between Miranda Lambert and George Strait. The performance is part of the Academy of Country Music's ongoing ACM Flashback series. This year's ACM Flashback performances will also feature a collaboration between Brooks & Dunn and Luke Combs, who was just named this year's ACM New Male Vocalist.

In addition to the ACM Flashback series, the night will include several more duets. Other collaborations include Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson, Ashley McBryde and Eric Church, Dierks Bentley and Brandi Carlile, Jason Aldean and Florida Georgia Line, Maren Morris and Brothers Osborne, Khalid and Kane Brown and Dan + Shay and Kelly Clarkson.

Lambert, the most awarded artist in ACM history, will return to the stage at least once more during the night to perform a medley of her hits.

Chris Stapleton and Dan + Shay lead the pack of nominees this year with six nominations each. Kacey Musgraves earned five nominations, including one for Album of the Year for Golden Hour. Dierks Bentley, Florida Georgia Line, Brothers Osborne and Bebe Rexha each have four nominations.

The 54th Academy of Country Music Awards, hosted by Reba McEntire, will take place on April 7 in Las Vegas. The ceremony will air on CBS at 7 p.m. CT.
