There's nothing like the crisp, juiciness of wings and these Jamaican jerk chicken wings are the closest we've gotten to living on island time all the time.
Blend jalapeños, chopped red onion, green onions, dried thyme, olive oil, salt, black pepper, all-spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, soy sauce, malt vinegar, lime juice, honey, dark rum, and Tabasco in a blender until smooth.
Line 13x9 baking dish with foil. Lay chicken wings into pan.
Pour marinade all over the chicken wings, making sure to coat every side. Liberally sprinkle black pepper over each individual wing, along with a smidge of all-spice. Spritz lime juice.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Flip wings and sprinkle black pepper and all-spice over each wing. Spritz lime juice.
Bake for another 20-30 minutes, or until desired crispiness is reached. Let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
