4cupspeaches(If using canned, choose a 28-ounce can)
1/2cuppeach juice(Can sub out for milk or water)
1/3cupbuttermilk baking mix
2/3cupquick dry oats
1/2cupbrown sugar
1tspcinnamon
2tbsbutter, sliced into small chunks
Instructions
Lightly grease the slow cooker insert then place peach slices in insert.
In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peaches. Pour in peach juice, and lightly stir. Place the butter slices sporadically along the top.
Cover and cook on low until the center is set about, 4-5 hours. Remove lid and cook 15-30 minutes more to crisp up the top.
Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or just a big spoon, and enjoy!

Want make it even faster? Swap out the baking mix and oats for canned biscuit dough for a fluffier, more dumpling-like crust.
