For The Dressing
In a blender combine the apple cider vinegar, mayonaise, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and pepper and blend until smooth. Pour over salad and toss.
Notes
If you are packing this for lunch, mix in the dressing right before eating to ensure your salad doesn't turn soggy.
If you do not want to use candied walnuts you can use toasted instead. You can do this on your own by toasting the walnuts in a skillet until light brown.
