In a blender add the tequila, cointreau, grapefruit juice, and the ice. Blend until slushy.
Wipe rims of the glass with grapefruit and dip in coarse salt. Pour drink into two glasses and garnish with grapefruit slice and sliced jalapeños for garnish.
Notes
You can also make these on the rocks by shaking all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and serving over ice.
Add a bit of grapefruit rind to the salt to add a touch more grapefruit flavor.
