In a slow cooker combine chicken thighs, garlic, honey, bbq sauce, pineapple, and pineapple juice.
Cook on low for 5 hours. Combine cornstarch with 1/4 cup of cold water and stir into slow cooker. Cook 30 minutes more. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve on top of steamed rice.
Notes
You can also use honey BBQ sauce in place of the honey and BBQ Sauce.
