In a medium bowl mash together the avocados, cilantro, jalapeño, salt, and lime juice until a smooth paste forms. Fold in pomegranate seeds and sprinkle on top. Serve.
Notes
To find out of your avocado is ripe, look at the top of the avocado where the stem is. If you pop off the stem and the inside is bright green, the avocado is good to go!
