6russet potatoes, scrubbed and pricked with a fork
1Tbspextra virgin olive oil
salt
aluminum foil
Instructions
Rub the olive oil on the potatoes and sprinkle with salt. Wrap tightly with aluminum foil and place in the slow cooker. Cook until tender, about 4-5 hours on HIGH. Serve.
Notes
You can top the potatoes with butter, sour cream, bacon, chives, or even green onions!
You can also cook these potatoes on LOW for 7-8 hours.
