Preheat your oven to 375ºF. With a sharp knife cut the puff pastry into 2x2-inch squares. Top each square with a slice of cheese and place on a baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with cranberry sauce and thyme. Serve warm.
Notes
You can thaw your puff pastry in the fridge from the night before or on the counter for about 1-2 hours.
These are best eaten immediately.
