In a large bowl combine the peaches, tomatoes, mango, red onion, jalapeño and lime juice. Let sit for 1 hour for flavors to meld together. Serve with grilled chicken or with chips.
Notes
If peaches are not in season you can always use double the amount of mango in this recipe.
This sweet salsa is best served with grilled meat or fish.
