In a large bowl whisk together the flour, cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, hot sauce and buttermilk until smooth. Meanwhile heat 2-3 inches of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Coat the pickles in the batter and drop into the hot oil in batches and cook until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
