In a large mason jar combine the pumpkin puree, dark brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, apple cider, and everclear. Stir and mix well. Cover and set in the fridge for 4 days.
To Make One Drink
Fill a glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker combine the moonshine and whipped cream vodka. Pour into the iced glass and serve.
