Vodka Sour
The perfect way to switch it up for happy hour is a vodka sour, with its festive, foamy topping and its deliciously tart flavor!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
- maraschino cherry and lemon slice
Instructions
- Add the vodka, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, bitters and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Don't add in ice cubes yet! Shake for 15 seconds.
- Add in the ice, and shake again for 30 seconds.
- Strain the drink into a cocktail glass. The foam should collect at the top. Serve with ice, and garnish with a lemon wedge and maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
Notes
If measuring in tablespoons is easier than ounces, 1 ounce = 2 tablespoons.
