soy sauce

oyster sauce

garlic powder

teaspoon
onion powder

ground ginger

teaspoon
salt

pepper

frozen butter
- grated
burger buns
shredded cabbage
sriracha mayo
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Mix together deer meat, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, salt, and pepper in large bowl.
Add in grated butter and quickly mix, making sure the butter does not melt.
Form the venison meat and other ingredients into patties and cook on the grill, cooking for about 5-8 minutes per side.
Cook to desired doneness and let rest for 5 minutes before assembling burgers with other ingredients.
