Chocolate Gravy

- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups warm milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Sift together the cocoa powder, sugar, all-purpose flour, and salt into a large skillet. Whisk the dry ingredients together and slowly pour in warm milk.
Turn the burner to medium heat and switch your whisk out for a heatproof spatula. Continue to stir and scrape the bottom and sides of the pan until thickened, about 8-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the butter. Serve over warm biscuits.
