- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
- 2 cups water
Dissolve the sugar into hot water. Pour the sugar water over the rice flour and mix until completely smooth.
Grease a round cake pan and pour the batter in. Steam for one hour or until the cake is completely set. Slice and serve.
