  • 3 sweet potatos
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Meanwhile, cut sweet potatoes into slices lengthwise. Place in a large bowl and coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Oil the grill grates and add sweet potato wedges in a single layer, giving them about 5 minutes of cook time per side. Remove when potatoes are tender.
