Sometimes having a friend that is a total gearhead pays off (free oil changes, fix a flat tire, etc.), however, their talents can sometimes be used for pure hilarious evil. In this video, a guy wires his buddy's truck so that whenever he hits the break, the horn blasts. Oh, he's also driving in the middle of Phoenix traffic.
