Spicy Cinnamon Whiskey
Breathe new life into your shot glasses and cocktail recipes using this easy cinnamon and chili whiskey infusion.
- 750 ml Bourbon
- 10 sticks cinnamon
- 2 tbs sugar
- 3-6 whole dried chilies (we used chile de arbol)
- Combine the bourbon, cinnamon sticks, and sugar in an airtight container and shake. Let sit in a cool, dark place for 5 days. Shake once daily.
- Add the whole dried chilies and shake. Continue to let sit 2 more days, shaking once daily.
- Strain the bourbon of the cinnamon sticks and chilies and enjoy!
