Roasted Kabocha Squash
Have you ever tried Roasted Kabocha Squash before? This Japanese winter squash is sweet— making this squash so delicious!
- 1 Kabocha squash, deseeded and cut into thin wedges
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 400ºF. Drizzle the olive oil on the squash and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the cinnamon. Roast until a fork can be inserted easily, about 30 minutes. Serve.
You can tell the squash is tender when a fork is inserted easily. Drizzle on some maple syrup if desired.
