Video footage shared on X (formerly known as Twitter) shows the hip-hop artist engaged in a brawl outside the Los Angeles Convention Center.
It is unclear what prompted the massive brawl. Security advised witnesses to steer clear of the altercation. One witness muttered, "Someone just got stabbed."
Playboi Carti, born Jordan Terrell Carter, appeared to witness the fight in a nearby car.
Another video shared to X shows Lucki looking visibly dazed while being escorted into the backseat of a car with a gash in his neck.
The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed an incident occurred outside the convention in a statement obtained by PEOPLE. They stated that they responded to a fight in the area around 4:45 p.m. local time.
Multiple Victims Suffer Stab Wounds at Complex Con
Police said the fight was ongoing when they arrived, but the group "quickly dispersed." Officials located four individuals with injuries "consistent with stab wounds or lacerations."
Two of the victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment. "Both sustained injuries that appeared to be the result of a knife attack," police said.
A third victim, presumably Lucki, based on the video footage shared to X, arrived at a local hospital using their own transportation and was treated for a "severe laceration believed to have been sustained during the altercation."
A fourth victim suffered an arm laceration but declined medical treatment at the scene. "It is unknown whether he later sought medical treatment or was transported to a hospital," police said.
ComplexCon told PEOPLE in a statement that the situation happened "on the public street outside the event."
"The safety and security of our guests, talent, partners and staff is our highest priority. We are aware of an incident that occurred outside the ComplexCon event yesterday. Our security team and the LAPD responded immediately. We take incidents of this nature extremely seriously and remain focused on maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone attending ComplexCon," the statement continued.
LAPD is investigating the incident as an attempted murder, according to TMZ. No arrests have been made.
Lucki's condition is unknown, but he did repost on Instagram early Sunday morning, the outlet reported.
