During a fiery brawl among fans at the Mets-White Sox game at Rate Field on Sunday, a baseball fan executed a fighting move that would make WWE high-flyers proud.
Video footage shows several fans waging war in a ballpark melee in the upper deck seats in Chicago. One fan can be seen jumping from several rows up to deliver a missile dropkick to an unsuspecting brawler below.
It was not immediately clear what led to the confrontation or whether anyone involved was arrested.
However, social media users have made light of the situation by crediting the daredevil's well-executed dropkick.
"Dropkick from the top rope is insane," one user wrote.
"Hang it in the Louvre," an X user captioned a photo of the dropkicker's aerial attack.
"Bro really thought he was main eventing WrestleMania in the upper deck during a White Sox-Mets game. Absolute chaos," another replied.
KDKA-TV sports anchor Bob Pompeani condemned the incident on social media following the Cubs' 2-1 victory.
"Why does this continue to happen? It's ridiculous and makes everyone around them unsafe !!! Grown adults acting like their shoe size instead of their age," he wrote on X.
The viral melee is the second ballpark brawl involving White Sox fans this month.

One fan was left bloodied from the attack while several others sprinted towards the exits to avoid arrest.
Nobody involved in the altercation was arrested, the New York Post reported. However, that same night, police arrested and charged 41-year-old David Cregan with felony cocaine possession and misdemeanor battery after he allegedly "sucker punched" a 26-year-old man near a Wrigley Field bathroom.
