Ingredients
- 2 cups torn kale leaves, stems removed
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- In a food processor add the kale and basil and pulse until leaves are chopped, about 10 pulses. Add the nuts, garlic, Parmesan, salt and pepper and pulse 5 times. Slowly pour in oil while running and process until smooth. Pour over your favorite pasta and serve.

Buy pre-chopped kale to make this prep quick!
Use toasted walnuts for a fun and nutty flavor.
