Homemade Mocha Coffee Creamer

Add a little chocolate to your morning coffee with this Homemade Mocha Coffee Creamer. You'll turn into a professional barista!

Servings 3 cups


  • 3 cups half-and-half
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • In a medium saucepan, heat half-and-half and sugar until sugar is dissolved and mixture is steaming but not yet boiling.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and cocoa powder. Place in containers and refrigerate.


This creamer can stay fresh up to 5 days.
If you do not have half-and-half, use 1 1/2 cups heavy cream and 1 1/2 cups milk.
