George Strait to Play Ohio's Buckeye Country Superfest in 2019

George Strait has announced another show for 2019. The King of Country will headline the Buckeye Country Superfest in Columbus, Ohio on June 8, 2019. Blake Shelton, Midland, Chris Janson and RaeLynn will also perform at the festival.

Tickets for the show will go on sale on Dec. 7 on Ticketmaster.

The concert is the latest in a string of recently announced headlining shows for the county legend. Recently, the country legend announced that he'll perform at the new Dickie's arena in Fort Worth, Texas in November of 2019.

Strait also recently announced a concert at Atlanta's Mercedes Benz Stadium on March 30. Chris Stapleton, Ashley McBryde and Chris Janson will also take the stage that night.

Strait will extend his Strait to Vegas residency into 2019 for two more shows Las Vegas' T-Mobile Arena on Feb. 1 and Feb. 2. Ashley McBryde will join Strait for both of those shows as well.

The singer will also be a part of a massive star-studded tribute to Willie Nelson on Jan. 12, 2019 at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena. Nelson, Alison Krauss, Kris Kristofferson, The Avett Brothers, Jack Johnson, John Mellencamp, Lee Ann Womack, Lyle Lovett, Norah Jones, Sheryl Crow, Vince Gill and Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks will also perform during the event.
