The eight-time Pro Bowl wide receiver has recently been linked to the Kansas City Chiefs, his former team, after a rash of injuries has depleted their wide receiver depth.

However, Hill's return to the gridiron is complicated by off-the-field issues. This includes the speedy receiver being accused of assaulting a pregnant woman.

Hill is currently under an active Personal Conduct Policy review stemming from allegations of domestic violence made by his ex-wife, Keeta Vaccaro.

Hill's wife detailed incidents of assault and verbal abuse during testimony on the first day of a civil assault and battery trial against him in Florida. Some assaults occurred while she was pregnant with their daughter, Lakeeta Vaccaro testified Tuesday. She is suing Hill for punitive and compensatory damages.

NFL spokesperson Brian McCarthy told ESPN on Tuesday that Vaccaro's allegations against Hill remain "under review of the personal conduct policy."

NFL Star Accused of Domestic Violence

Vacarro accused the wide receiver of "attempting a punch at her stomach while she was pregnant with his child in July 2024," per The Athletic's Jesse Newell.

"During civil trial today, Tyreek Hill's ex-wife Lakeeta Vaccaro Hill accused him of attempting a punch at her stomach while she was pregnant with his child in July 2024. Lakeeta said she put her hands on her stomach to block the strike. Which made contact with her hands,"

"She said Tyreek told her then that he didn't want the baby. Lakeeta described the day as 'probably the worst of all these abuse times.' She also alleged Tyreek pulled her hair and ripped it out the same day."

Chances of an NFL return would be all but dashed should Hill be found guilty of domestic violence. A guilty ruling would mark the second time the embattled All-Pro receiver was charged with domestic violence.

In 2014, Hill pleaded guilty to domestic violence against a woman he was romantically involved with. The court sentenced him to three years of probation. He was also required to enroll in anger management classes.

Hill was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft. He spent six seasons in Kansas City and earned five Pro Bowl nods.

Hill was instrumental in the Chiefs' Super Bowl LIV win.

The former Oklahoma State star was traded to the Miami Dolphins in 2022. Through four seasons in Miami, Hill earned two more Pro Bowl selections.

Hill was released by the Dolphins in February. He is currently recovering from a torn ACL.
