Last week, a fellow NXT talent was granted an order of protection against Carver (real name Kevin Robertson) for allegedly making unwanted calls and house visits.
PostWrestling.com was the first to report on the matter, and noted that the petitioner and Robertson were previously romantically involved.
Following their split, Robertson allegedly made a series of unwanted visits to the petitioner's home and made unwanted calls to the petitioner, as many as 44 times in one day, the outlet reported.
WWE Star Accused of Domestic Violence, Emotional Abuse
Before the reports of stalking, the NXT talent said in the filing that she broke things off with Robertson after he became abusive. In the 49-page filing, she says that Robertson "spat on me, physically restrained me from leaving his house" and "has threatened to kill me, as well as my cats. He has woken me up by plugging my nose in my sleep. He has grabbed me by my throat multiple times and squeezed hard while threatening to kill me."
Robertson's last televised match was a six-man tag team match on Sept. 8. According to the filing, he had two incidents with his accuser on the day of his last televised match. Plus another the following day.
After the allegations and order became public, Carver took to social media and tried to defend himself. "Y'all gone sound dumb ash in a month," Carver wrote in a social post. "Fake a** virtue signaling mfs. Everything done inna dark come to light. Keep God first." Carver has since deleted his X account.
As of this writing, Carver has not been charged criminally. A hearing is scheduled for October 20 in Florida to begin litigation.
According to a new report from PWInsider, Carver has been released from the company and removed from the internal WWE roster.
Robertson signed with WWE in 2023 and wrestled on "Level Up" and "EVOLVE" before debuting in NXT last year. Before signing with WWE, he played college football at Temple University.
