There's been a pretty major development in the case of Bryan Seaver, Dolly Parton's nephew. In case you missed it, he was recently fired from his position as the head of Dolly's security team.
We reported on it when it happened - Seaver had received his notice on Wednesday, September 16. He was told him as well as his security companies had been "immediately dismissed" from her properties.
At the time, Bryan Seaver and his companies took a shot at the longtime manager of Dolly Parton, Danny Nozell. He said he was "dismayed by the unexpected and so far unexplained actions" following her death.
He added, "We remain unshakably resolved to fulfill her final directive to protect her family. And we refuse to be intimidated by those whose actions we believe are being taken in bad faith and with the intent to profit from the life of someone who willingly gave so much."
If you recall, Seaver was the one to originally announce the death of his aunt. He explained in the video that Dolly Parton personally selected him.

Manager of Dolly Parton Has Filed a Restraining Order
But now, things have shaken up even more. As reported by Page Six, Danny Nozell has moved to file a restraining order against Seaver. And the allegations are wild.
Nozell has alleged that Seaver sent a number of threatening texts. More specifically, he has been accused of "invoking his self-proclaimed military contractor experience, access to weapons, and capacity for violence... to demand money". Nozell claimed that the threats started "a few weeks before the singer died".
What are these alleged messages, you asked? Well, the filing contained some of them. One alleged messages reads, "All I do is warfare... everyone needs to be worried about what I might do."
Another reads, "Her money better be bigger than I can make elsewhere or I'm going to f*** everyone. I am about to become the hand of retribution for my entire family."
For Seaver's sake, he denies the allegations of threats, and says that "nothing in this lawsuit were threats and most of the comments I stand by."
He added, "I was talking frankly in a private way with Danny who I thought was my friend and he fancies himself a gangster... a lot of these messages are two guys having rage talk and crying on the phone together while we were grieving."
