Country Star's Arrest Warrant Alleges More Wild Details About His Actions Prior to Arrest

The arrest warrant has revealed some more crazy details as to the country star's felony charges. He allegedly went on a rampage beforehand.

Country music star Bailey Zimmerman was recently arrested. As we previously reported, he is facing felony charges of criminal damages over $1,000.

It all stemmed from a canceled show back in Albuquerque on May 27. He explained in a statement at the time he "wasn't feeling well". "Y'all know there's nothing I love more than getting out on the road and playing these shows for you, so it's so hard for me to say this, but I have to reschedule tonight's (5/27) and Saturday's (5/30) shows," he wrote.

But rumors had been circulating about that not being the case - things that were confirmed when he had charges filed against him.

But now, as reported by Whiskey Riff, some new details have emerged in the case. His arrest warrant has been released, shedding some light on his alleged behavior prior to his arrest and booking.

The affidavit went into detail about that faithful day. The country star had been golfing for the day, before going back to the hotel resort with his band.

The affidavit stated, "Zimmerman was intentionally burning other members of the band with the cigarette." Pretty wild stuff if true, right? But they didn't seem to mind - the affidavit added "the band members did not appear to mind, and were laughing."

And the rough housing didn't stop there. Him alongside other members of the band started to "play fight", according to the filings. "Zimmerman pushed the male against the hallway wall twice, and then they moved to the opposite wall."

Then, More Serious Stuff Happened With the Country Star

It all doesn't sound too bad, right? But that's when "the influence of alcohol" allegedly got involved, later in the night.

A soundcheck had gotten rough, with Zimmerman allegedly starting a rampage at all of the instruments around the place. He also apparently went back and forth, destroying more stuff as he went.

But people tried to stop him. "The band members attempted to intervene, but Zimmerman yelled at them and walked off the stage for a third time," the filing explained.

Zimmerman even reportedly spit at a security guard at the resort, before being escorted back to the hotel, where the felony charges originated.
