A fan-favorite country singer may need a bit of "Heartache Medication," taking to social media to tell fans he's postponing some tour dates due to illness. "Dirt On My Boots" singer Jon Pardi admitted in a video on Instagram yesterday (Oct. 2) that he was "very sick." As a result of his unnamed illness, the 41-year-old will have to postpone shows in Macon, Georgia, and Biloxi, Mississippi.

"Unfortunately, this is news I don't like giving. I'm going to have to reschedule Macon, Georgia, and Biloxi, Mississippi this weekend. I'm very sick," the "Head Over Boots" country singer told fans.
He also confessed that he was barely able to power through his Thursday night show in Wilmington, North Carolina.
"I gave it all I had last night, and I want to be 100% for everybody," he added.
"So I apologize, "Pardi, looking sallow and wearing a loose T-shirt and ball cap, apparently sitting in his tour bus in the footage, continued. "I know you probably got hotels, babysitters, and I want to get the news out as soon as possible to not have you guys drive everywhere."
Pardi painted quite a picture of what it must be like being ill while on tour, telling fans he didn't want to perform while "struggling, sick, coughing up music and blowing my nose." He also told fans that being under the weather while on that lonesome highway is "tough" to bounce back from.
Jon Pardi Tells Fans He's Working on Rescheduling Tour Dates as He Deals with Ongoing Illness

The singer's "Gamblin' Man Tour" was to hit the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi tonight (Oct.3). The show at the Atrium Health Amphitheater in Macon was originally scheduled for last night. Both shows are set to be rescheduled, with tickets honored at the new dates. Ticket holders for these postponed shows can also get refunds at the point of purchase.
"I appreciate all of you, and thanks for understanding," Pardi added. "And like I said, we're working on getting rescheduled dates, so hold on [to] your tickets... We're going to get emails out and just hold onto everything. I'm coming back. It ain't canceled; we're just rescheduled because I don't want to be up there not feeling well."
So I appreciate it once again, and stay tuned. I'll keep you informed all day. Thank you," the "Ain't Always the Cowboy" singer concluded.
While many of the country artist's fans took the news in stride, plenty of fans in the comments section were left kicking dirt.
"Already 6 hours into a 7-hour road trip for you..." one fan bemoaned, with another adding, "Worst day of my life honestly."
Meanwhile, Pardi's next tour date is set for the Blue FCU Arena in Loveland, Colorado, for Oct. 8.
