Fans of shiplap, farmhouse chic-decor and the undeniably lovable Chip and Joanna Gaines have plenty of reasons to celebrate this year. Chip and Jo have rebooted their beloved series Fixer Upper with Fixer Upper: Welcome Home and it's now available to stream. The show premiered on Discovery+ on Friday, Jan. 29.
The Today Show shared an exclusive clip from Fixer Upper: Welcome Home, featuring Chip and Joanna renovating a home with help of their son Crew.
"The day we wrapped our final episode of Fixer Upper, we really believed it was a chapter closed. We knew we needed a break and a moment to catch our breath. But we also knew we weren't done dreaming about ways to make old things new again," Chip and Joanna Gaines said in a statement. "These past few years, we've continued tackling renovations and projects, doing the work we're passionate about, but I don't think either of us anticipated how the show would become such a permanent fixture in our hearts. We've missed sharing the stories of these families and their homes with you."
Fixer Upper: Welcome Home joins the growing slate of programming within the Magnolia Network Preview on discovery+. New episodes of Fixer Upper: Welcome Home will roll out over the next three weeks.
Last year, the Gaines' new Magnolia Network shared a preview of the new shows heading to the channel, including Magnolia Table With Joanna Gaines, The Eduardo Garcia Project, Restoration Road with Clint Harp, The Lost Kitchen, Self Employed, Home Work, Home on the Road with Johnnyswim and Fixer Upper: Welcome Home.
Now, the Magnolia Network is set to launch four new series this summer: Art in Bloom with Helen Dealtry, in which artist Helen Dealtry gives a glimpse into her creative process, The Artisan's Kitchen, in which professional baker Bryan Ford introduces recipes recipes infused with his Honduran heritage and New Orleans upbringing, Jean Stoffer Design, in which designer Jean Stoffer takes on projects around her hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Making Modern with Brooke and Brice, which follows a married couple — a builder and a designer — launch a home remodeling business.
The new series will be showcased in the special Magnolia Network: A Look Ahead Vol. 2, which airs Friday, April 23 on discovery+ and on Saturday, April 24, at 8 p.m./ 7 p.m. CT on the DIY Network.
The Magnolia Network is a joint venture between HGTV's parent company Discovery Inc. and Chip and Joanna's home and lifestyle brand, Magnolia.
The DIY Network will be rebranded as the Gaines' network, which will focus on inspiration, lifestyles and design. The channel will be the new home of Fixer Upper re-runs.
Allison Page, the current president of HGTV, will serve as president of the multiplatform company, which is set to launch in the summer of 2020.

How to Watch Discovery+
The streaming service is available for $4.99 with ads and $6.99 without ads and can be streamed on mobile and desktop, Apple TV, Amazon FireStick and Roku.
In addition to Chip and Jo's shows, Discovery+ features Ben and Erin Napier's Hometown Takeover, a spinoff of their highly successful series Home Town. Ben Napier's new show Home Town: Ben's Workshop will also air exclusively on Discovery+.

Chip Gaines first teased the new project when the couple appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in 2018. Fans have been eagerly awaiting more information about the network since then.
In 2019, the couple purchased the Cottonland Castle in their hometown of Waco, Texas.
