A North Carolina man has been booked and charged after allegedly urinating on a family during a Morgan Wallen concert. As reported by People, the man was identified as 33-year-old Jayson Reed.
The alleged incident occurred on July 18, during the Morgan Wallen show at the M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore. The Maryland Transportation Authority
"On Saturday, July 18, MDTA Police Officers providing support to the Baltimore Police Department at the Morgan Wallen concert responded to a report of a fight in progress at the stadium," they explained.
"Upon the officers' arrival, security personnel identified individuals who had been involved in an altercation. Officers separated those involved, identified a male suspect, and escorted the suspect out of the stadium."
The MDTA went on to explain what happened after - and why he wasn't immediately arrested. "MDTA Police Officers provided the suspect's identification and a report number to the victims and learned that the suspect had allegedly urinated on concert attendees."
"Following the incident, detectives conducted a thorough investigation and identified witnesses who were not present during the initial on-scene investigation."

Reed Was Charged With Four Counts After the Morgan Wallen Concert
They went on to detail his charges. "MDTA Police detectives obtained an arrest warrant charging 33-year-old Jayson Reed with four counts of second-degree assault, public urination, and other related offenses."
Per People, the victim who alleged Reed urinated on him and his family, Troy Grevelding, explained what happened that night. An early-show confrontation had at first ended amicably, before things soured.
"Well, a couple songs now into the Morgan Wallen set, my wife... well, I end up feeling something, but I didn't think nothing of it," Grevelding explained.
"And then my wife says to me, 'Whatever that man's doing, is all over my leg'... at that same time, I was kind of, like, standing on an angle, so I just kind of like, look over my right shoulder, and at that point, dude, his pants are completely down."
"And I don't care what he was doing because I was getting peed all over. My wife was getting peed all over. My 8-year-old niece was getting peed on."
