A man has been arrested after allegedly stealing a car and other items from one of Kim Kardashian's Los Angeles-area homes.

The incident occurred at Kardashian's Hidden Hills property on August 9.
The media personality and her four children were not home at the time, with PEOPLE reporting that the family is currently living elsewhere while renovations take place at the property.
Kim Kardashian's Hidden Hills Home Targeted
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy Tracy Koerner said authorities responded to the home, located inside a gated community, at around 4 p.m. local time on Sunday.
Police were called after someone reportedly spotted a man loading multiple items from the property into a vehicle.
The suspect allegedly stole the car, which reports claim belonged to a member of Kardashian's staff.
Although Kardashian and her family are not currently living at the property, several vehicles reportedly remained parked at the home during the renovations.
Authorities later arrested a suspect on suspicion of burglary.
Officials have not publicly identified the man at this time.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has launched an investigation into the incident, with further details surrounding the alleged burglary yet to emerge.
Inside Kardashian's Sprawling Hidden Hills Compound
Kardashian and her then-husband, Kanye West, purchased the Hidden Hills estate in 2014 after it hit the market for $21.25 million.
Reports at the time placed their purchase price at around $20 million.
The "French countryside-inspired compound" reportedly boasts approximately 15,667 square feet of living space.
The sprawling property includes eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms alongside living and dining areas, a home theater, a game room with a wet bar, a paneled library and a gym.
It also features eight fireplaces and a kitchen with three islands.
Outside, the grounds include two swimming pools, two spas and two barbecue areas, as well as a 1,050-square-foot entertainment pavilion.
Kardashian has continued expanding the compound in recent years.
Last fall, she reportedly purchased a neighboring property for $7 million, adding another 5,000 square feet to her estate.
Plans call for the additional home to "seamlessly blend" into the existing compound, which reports have valued at around $60 million.
