The Tennessee native has had quite the rise to fame these past five years since his debut single in 2019. From his activity on social media and the support from his family, Coffman has become a name that needs to be known.
Love And A Heartbreak is a showcase of his best country-rock songs from the past few years. It also includes four new singles, of which his favorite is "Fightin' Words," by the way.
Coffman has come a long way since his humble beginnings and has gathered quite a crowd. Both online and in real life, thanks to his extensive touring efforts. I think this album, however, will be a defining moment for him in the industry.
Although he released his debut album in 2020, he brushed that off as more of an "EP." So for Coffman, this is his first 'real' album, and proves that he's come a long way as a musician.
Love And A Heartbreak is now available on streaming platforms.
Hayden Coffman Branches Out As A Musician With Latest Album
When I had the pleasure of speaking with Hayden Coffman, he explained what the album means to him. Although he found initial success online with a breakout viral song, he wants to show the world that he's more than his one viral song.
Hayden Coffman said that he wants to show how he's "grown as an artist."
"Hey, I'm not just this one trick pony anymore," he said. "I can do... the rock stuff, the country stuff, the pop stuff." Showcasing his "variation" and "growth" is important to him.
More pressingly, he's eager to show off that he's "got a lot better at writing, a lot better at production, a lot better at not just doing the same thing over and over again."
Considering the millions of plays his songs have and continue to receive online, I'm sure this message of growth is already out there. But being able to point toward Love And A Heartbreak as the definitive showcase of his talents will only help more people take him seriously as the rising artist he is.
