Blake Shelton's Childhood Home in Oklahoma is on the Market for $250K

Blake Shelton's childhood home in Ada, Okla. just went on the real estate market for a fairly modest price.

Shelton's childhood home is going for $250,000, which is pretty reasonable considering the size of the house. The 3,140-square-foot home has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

The most notable part is the living room that's outfitted with rustic decor to make it look like an old Western town.

The house also has a back patio for when you want to have all the boys round here over for a barbecue.

The home was built in 1973, three years before Shelton was born.

Ada is about an hour and a half Southeast of Oklahoma City. It currently has almost 17,000 residents. That's quite a bit more than it had in 1993 when Shelton left to pursue country music in Nashville.

Shelton often stays in his mansion on the shores of Lake Texoma, an hour away from Ada. So if you buy the house, maybe you'll catch a glimpse of the country superstar from time to time.
