Bodycam footage shows a drunk Hooters employee repeatedly trying to seduce an officer to get out of a DUI charge in Sarasota, Florida.

Yesterday, body cam footage was posted online of a long encounter between an officer and the drunk woman he pulled over, Sophia Gabrielle. The exchange was split into four smaller videos and uploaded individually by TikTok account copscamh.
Gabrielle was wearing a Hooters top and confirmed that she worked in a Hooters and had gone for a drink after her shift. The officer tried to conduct a DUI test, but Gabrielle kept resisting and outwardly trying to make advances that only get worse as the videos go on.
In total, the incident went on for 20 minutes, but it felt like 40. Many online believed the officer to have been to friendly and helpful with Gabrielle. Others, however, say he was simply being nice and trying to help her out.
Hooters Employee Tries To "Make Out" With Officer
Her first advance is in the third part. After repeatedly denying that she was driving, and refusing to participate in the officer's test, she finally caves and follows his instructions.
The officer asks his colleague, Dave, to turn off the headlights of the car for the test. That's when Sophia yells "Dave, we're gonna make out!"
Gabrielle then walks up to the officer, saying, "We're gonna make out here." The officer had to firmly deny the advances as she kept walking closer and closer, although she does take 'no' for an answer, "my bad."
The officer does briefly lose his composure at her next reply. He gives Gabrielle another order, and she seductively says, "I'll do anything for you, daddy," which gets a laugh from the officer. She hilariously compliments the "suit" that he's wearing, before apologizing and calling it a "knee-jerk reaction."
After a brief episode revolving around her wanting his number, she finally begins to comply to take the test. But not for long.
Hooters Employee Then Lifts Up Jumper To Seduce Officer
In part four, the officer tries to test Gabrielle's eyes. As he readies his flashlights, he asks her whether she's wearing contact lenses.
"I am wearing contacts," she says while lifting up her jumper to show off her breasts to the officer. A white Hooters top is worn underneath, although it's clear where she wants the officer's attention.
The officer asks her to put her shirt down and reminds her that the body cam footage will be public.
"Why are you such a nerd, bro?" she asks, giving up her pursuit. She then mocks him, lifting up her jumper again to display to the camera.
She finally relents, and refuses to do the test as she puts her hands behind her back for an arrest. The officers comply, cuffing her.
But it doesn't stop there. When in the police car, as shown in part 5, the officer tries to help her out by contacting someone to get her car, so it isn't towed. Her final resort was leaning in closer and saying, "Help me out for a second." The insinuation is clear as day.
"What? You afraid I'm gonna grab your d--k?"
Gabrielle's fate isn't known, although she posted about the event on her TikTok account the day after. Considering her caption, which made light of the incident, "Uber is cheaper," it's likely she paid a fine and was released.
