Watch Willie Nelson's New Music Video for 'I'll Be Around'

Willie Nelson has released the second single from his upcoming album full of Frank Sinatra standards, My Way. "I'll Be Around" follows last month's "Summer Wind," amping up excitement for the cover album's September 14 release date.

Produced by longtime collaborator Buddy Cannon and Matt Rollings, My Way will pay homage to Nelson's good friend Sinatra. "I learned a lot about phrasing listening to Frank," Nelson told AARP. "He didn't worry about behind the beat or in front of the beat, or whatever — he could sing it either way, and that's the feel you have to have."

The black and white music video for "I'll Be Around" shows Nelson and his band recording the track in-studio. Nelson sports a Willie's Reserve shirt, supporting his cannabis brand, while the sweetness of his voice lightens the foreboding message that the woman he's singing to will soon find out that her significant other isn't worth her time. "Your latest love/can never last/and when it's past/I'll be around when he's gone," Willie Nelson sings. His trademark phrasing paired with the country-infused style encourages listeners to sway back and forth, taking in the new life given to the tune.

Nelson's new album My Way is already up for pre-order online. The anticipated cover album marks the second record Nelson released this year after April's Last Man Standing. Despite celebrating his 85th birthday days before Last Man Standing was released, Nelson continues to take on ambitious projects, including a spot as a special guest star on USA Network's upcoming reality singing competition, Real Country. Of course, Nelson is also still touring with dates planned through November.
