Amanda Conner has been arrested, per TMZ. Amanda is the wife of Ryan Edwards, a former star of MTV's Teen Mom.

"A spokesperson for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Jail in Tennessee tells TMZ ... Conner was arrested Sunday morning near Chattanooga and booked on a charge of driving under the influence and child abuse/neglect," TMZ reported.
Amanda has also been alleged to have been driving on the wrong side of the road. Pretty risky stuff. Her bond has reportedly been set at $16,000. It's believed that she remains in custody and has not yet found the cash to bond out.
Assuming the bond does eventually get posted, Amanda will not be allowed near the child. Furthermore, she will be banned from contacting whoever is taking care of the child. There's no information regarding how long that stipulation will remain in place. However, it's likely to last for the duration of Amanda's legal issues, until she has either been charged or acquitted of the alleged offense.
According to TMZ, they obtained dispatch audio where a husband called the police on his wife due to fear she was abusing narcotics.
"We've obtained dispatch audio from the alleged incident ... in which a dispatcher says a husband called the police on his wife—telling them he worried she was using narcotics because she wouldn't submit to a drug test," TMZ's report states. "The dispatch claims the husband also told her the wife left with the baby in the car. Worth noting, the dispatcher does not give names for either party during the call."
Ryan Edwards First Appeared in 'Teen Mom' Back in 2009
Ryan Edwards is a well-known name to Teen Mom fans. He first appeared on the show 16 And Pregnant with his then-girlfriend, Maci Bookout. After Maci gave birth, the duo transitioned into Teen Mom, which was then rebranded to Teen Mom OG.
The couple became regulars across multiple seasons. Ryan even returned for some appearances on Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.
Ryan and Maci were married for seven years, from 2017 to 2023. Following their breakup, he began dating Amanda, proposing in 2024. The couple tied the knot in 2025 and have been together since.
