Controversial rapper Kanye West's increasingly crazy antics have become a hot topic within the music industry over the past few weeks. Now, even Texas' most beloved burger joint has stepped up to the plate to address West's unpredictable behavior.
.@kanyewest is a perfect example of what happens when you don't have Whataburger in your life

So what exactly is Whataburger referring to? In February, West used his Twitter account to insult fellow rapper Wiz Khalifa, model and former girlfriend Amber Rose, and to proclaim his latest project is the "greatest album of all time." And that's just the beginning.
West gave fans a preview of this aforementioned album, The Life of Pablo, last week during his clothing line's fashion show at Madison Square Garden. The internet exploded with chatter after he played his new track "Famous", which takes a sharp jab at Taylor Swift. "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex," West says in the song. "I made that b---- famous."
In case you've forgotten, Swift and West first butted heads back in 2009 when the rapper interrupted the then-country starlet's MTV Video Music Awards acceptance speech. The two seemed to have reconciled over the years, even sharing a smile and hand shake just last year at the 2015 Grammy Awards.
While West later tweeted that Swift had approved the lyric, her representative said that she had not, and had cautioned him from using "misogynistic" content in his music. At last night's (Feb. 15) 2016 Grammy Awards, Swift not-so-subtly referenced West with her Album of the Year acceptance speech directed at "all the young women out there."
"There are going to be people along the way who will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame," Swift said. "But if you just focus on the work and don't let those people sidetrack you, some day when you get where you're going you will look around and know it was you and the people who love you who put you there, and that will be the greatest feeling in the world."
Maybe this drama is all just a lingering result of his being refused a nice plate of Texas barbecue. Whatever the reason may be, hopefully, Kanye will soon take Whataburger's wise advice and grab a nice, juicy burger before signing back into his Twitter account - but I'm not counting on it.
