Pat Sajak officially retired from Wheel of Fortune last year.

"It's been an incredible privilege to be invited into millions of homes night after night, year after year, decade after decade," the host said during his final episode. "And I've always felt that the privilege came with a responsibility to keep this daily half hour a safe place for family fun. No social issues, no politics, nothing embarrassing, I hope. Just a game."
After saying goodbye to the syndicated version of the show in June 2024, Sajak returned for one last spin on Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.
But just because he's no longer hanging out with letter turner Vanna White on a daily basis doesn't mean the 79-year-old isn't having any fun. A video posted by Sajak's daughter, Maggie, shows that he is making the most of his time off.

Maggie has been the social correspondent for Wheel of Fortune since 2021. On her TikTok account, she posted a clip of her dad walking down a hallway jamming out to Tame Impala's "Dracula."
"Got him again. thank goodness he likes @Tame Impala," she wrote in the caption.
Fans were happy to see Pat again, even if only for a brief moment on their phones.
"Hope he's enjoying his retirement," one user wrote. "He's looking so happy as always! I was on the show 15 years ago and he was such a pleasure in person to meet!
Another added, "Pat Sajak singing tame impala was not on my list."
Someone commented, "My parents and I were saying how much we miss your dad on TV. He has the most random humor and I have always found it hilarious."
Sajak began hosting Wheel of Fortune back in 1981, taking over for Chuck Woolery. He holds the Guinness World Records title for having the longest career as a game show host for the same show.
After Sajak's departure, American Idol's Ryan Seacrest took over as host. We reported that during Seacrest's first season on Wheel of Fortune, 7.93 million viewers tuned in, which was 74,000 more than Sajak's last season.
