Luke Bryan has been pretty much everywhere you look in the last few weeks, thanks to the intense promotion efforts around the release of his new album, Kill The Lights. From releasing his own interactive smartphone app to live-streaming an acoustic performance to fans on Facebook, the If you thought the Luke Bryan-scented candle was the strangest creative collaboration that the superstar had up his sleeve, you probably haven't seen his recent duet with R&B singer Jason Derulo.
Before you start panicking, it doesn't look like Bryan has any intentions of pulling a Taylor Swift and jumping genres. This special collaboration happened thanks to the Sing! karaoke app, which allows fans to record themselves singing along with their favorite artists. On the release day of Kill The Lights, Bryan seized the opportunity to be the first musician to collaborate with another musician on the app.
If you're itching to see some of Derulo and Bryan's signature dance moves, you're in luck. In the video above, you'll see them both rock out to "Want To Want Me," Derulo's current hit single. The track is featured on his new album, Everything is 4, which also features an unexpected collaboration with Keith Urban. Although I think Bryan should probably stick to his country roots, it's an entertaining combo that will please his highly dedicated fan base.
